Shipping Policy

Warin Wildflowers is based in the Blue Mountains - Gundungurra Dharug Country, NSW. We offer free delivery to the Upper Blue Mountains for orders over $80.

We offer free delivery of fresh flowers within the Sydney region for orders $200 and over, Thursday - Saturday.

For dried arrangements and gifts, AUSPOST standard shipping rates apply across NSW and Australia. For deliveries outside of NSW, please check with your state border bio-security laws before making an order to ensure viability of your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Warin Wildflowers. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to discuss a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will happily exchange your item or provide a store credit. Please note that any returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience at Warin Wildflowers.
